Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for Ottava. This field-based role will cover Pittsburgh, PA and nearby markets, with up to 75% travel.

You will drive capital equipment sales and lead end-to-end engagements with clinicians and economic buyers. You’ll develop strategic plans, present demonstrations, and align with Clinical and Service teams to ensure post-sale adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years in capital sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital equipment and disposable sales targets in the territory.
• Gain access to clinicians, discover needs, and build clinical champions using a Challenger selling approach.
• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders and administrative staff to align on goals and funding options.
• Conduct discovery with all relevant stakeholders to understand account goals and needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate pricing and terms with stakeholders.
• Oversee post-sale installation, adoption, and ongoing customer satisfaction with the team.
