Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Ottava in the Mid-South territory (MS, West TN, AL, FL panic). This field-based role will cover Nashville, TN or Birmingham, AL, driving surgical technology adoption and capital equipment sales.

You will lead clinical and technical discussions, build champions among surgeons and admins, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve adoption and revenue goals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of healthcare experience required; minimum 3 years in capital sales.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to hit capital equipment and disposable sales targets.
• Gain access to clinicians, discover needs, educate with Challenger framework, and build clinical champions.
• Engage directly with C-Suite and administrative staff in target accounts.
• Lead product demonstrations to drive sales and adoption of Ottava.
• Present and negotiate capital pricing and terms with the sales management team.
• Implement post-sales installation, adoption, and support with service teams.
