Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for Ottava in the Texas region. This field-based role covers Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, with a focus on delivering capital equipment solutions and advancing adoption among surgeons and healthcare professionals.

You will lead clinical and technical demonstrations, develop clinical champions, and collaborate with the Clinical Sales and Service teams to meet revenue targets while supporting post-sales implementation and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare experience preferred.
Minimum 6 years in healthcare, with at least 3 years in capital sales.
Willingness to travel up to 75% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital equipment and disposable sales targets in the territory.
Engage clinicians, discover needs, educate and build clinical champions using Challenger sales framework.
Interact with C-suite stakeholders and administrative assistants to advance opportunities.
Lead product demonstrations and discussions with multiple stakeholders to support sales and adoption of Ottava.
Present and negotiate capital pricing and terms with customers in collaboration with sales management.
Ensure post-sales installation, adoption, and ongoing customer support in collaboration with service teams.
