Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for Ottava to drive end-to-end commercialization in the Central Plains territory (MO, KS, NE). This field-based role, based in St.

Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO, will lead clinical and economic discussions, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and partner with the Clinical Sales and Service teams to ensure installation, adoption, and ongoing value realization of Ottava products.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in healthcare.
• 3+ years in capital sales.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet sales targets.
• Gain access to clinicians, conduct discovery, and educate with Challenger selling.
• Engage directly with C-Suite stakeholders and administrative staff.
• Lead product demonstrations and discussions with clinical and economic champions.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to Sales management on a regular basis.
• Coordinate post-sales installation, adoption, and ongoing utilization with the team.
