Job summary

American Republic Insurance Services seeks a Territory Sales Manager to develop a sales agency and drive growth across Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, Annuities and related life and health products. The role emphasizes building agents, training teams, and expanding client relationships to meet distribution goals.

The successful candidate will recruit and educate agents, manage CRM-driven prospecting, and maintain licenses while pursuing market opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Senior market product experience is required.
• Licensed Health and Life insurance agent to sell insurance in the state(s) within assigned territory.
• Experience building a captive agency is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and other sales leaders.
• Educate and train individuals on product value and CRM usage.
• Ensure support with certifications and product supply ordering.
• Attend trainings and maintain licenses as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
• Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
