Humana, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings while residing in the designated territory. The role is field-based, requiring in-home visits and community engagement to grow Humana's presence.

You will leverage iPads and multiple digital platforms for member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities, delivering a high-quality, personalized customer experience.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
