Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join a field-based team serving a designated local territory. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings while building trusted relationships through in-home visits and community events.

You’ll leverage iPads and multiple platforms to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates, driving self-generated sales and meeting performance goals in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License; ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms during member visits and across tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Humana Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings (Life, Dental, Vision, Rx).
• Create meaningful face-to-face connections via community events, in-home visits, and grassroots outreach.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals while expanding Humana’s market presence.
• Utilize company-issued devices and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
