Humana is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in designated local territories, conducting face-to-face member interactions, in-home visits, and community events. You will educate on Medicare Advantage plans, demonstrate Humana’s offerings, and build lasting relationships within the community.

You’ll use iPads and multiple digital tools to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates, while meeting performance goals in a field-based role.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed foundation hiring class.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher).
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools.
