Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based role within a designated territory in the United States. You will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and operate alongside a team focused on delivering exceptional service while growing Humana’s Medicare presence.

Responsibilities include educating members on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings, conducting in-home visits, and leveraging CRM tools and iPads to manage enrollments and

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Proficient with iPad, enrollment tools, CRM, and web-based systems.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage Technology: Use company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
