Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in designated local territories. This field-based role requires live in the community and a drive to meet members face-to-face with Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.

You will build relationships through events and in-home visits, educate prospects, and drive self-generated sales while leveraging iPads and multiple digital platforms for enrollments and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members’ homes and at community events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Experience using iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and benefits details to members.
• Differentiate Humana’s service through face-to-face connections at events and in-home visits.
• Grow sales by meeting performance goals and expanding Humana’s presence locally.
• Leverage technology to support consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
