Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and prescription coverage.

This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and building trusted relationships through community events and in-home visits. You will use iPads and digital platforms to manage consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates, while meeting sales targets and expanding Humana's market presence.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License or ability to obtain
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at events, and in the community.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Utilize company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
