Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking experienced Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint team. This field-based role requires residing in the designated territory to serve the local community and reports to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales.

You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, build trust through in-person visits and events, drive self-generated sales, and use iPads and CRM tools to manage enrollments and follow-ups while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed foundation hiring class.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market by becoming a valued resource and building relationships in your community.
• Utilize company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms simultaneously to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities.
