Job summary

Humana in the United States is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint Sales team. This field-based role requires residing in the designated territory and building trust through face-to-face interactions with members and prospects, delivering education on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.

Qualifications

• Adept at face-to-face interactions in community settings.
• Experience in Medicare products or public speaking is advantageous.
• Residency in the designated local territory is required.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with tablets and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tech platforms for member engagements.
