Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role within your designated territory. You will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and collaborate with an 8–12 person team to bring Humana's strategy to life by delivering excellent service and expanding reach.

You will build trust in communities through face-to-face visits, events, and in-home meetings, using iPads and CRM tools to enroll members and manage follow-up.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events and in various settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal auto liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Build face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals, expanding Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage Technology: Use company-issued iPads and CRM tools to support enrollments, documentation, and follow-up activities.
