Humana seeks experienced Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint Career Channel Team. This field-based role requires residing in the designated territory to serve the local community and collaborate with a Senior Manager and Regional Director.

You will educate members on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while driving self-generated sales and maintaining strong community relationships.

Formación

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, events, and community settings
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings to educate individuals
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence
• Leverage technology for enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up
