Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve the local community. You’ll join a collaborative team, report to a Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and drive Medicare Advantage sales with a personalized, in-home approach.

The role emphasizes building trust, educating members about plans, and expanding Humana’s market presence while leveraging technology and CRM tools for enrollments and follow-ups.

Formación

• Public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and relationship building.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to educate and build trust in Medicare/healthcare products.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Utilize company-issued iPads and digital platforms to support enrollments, documentation, and CRM updates.
