Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve the local community and reports to Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales.

You ll educate individuals on Humana Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings while building relationships through face-to-face interactions. Join a collaborative team and leverage iPads and multiple digital platforms to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, and CRM

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, at events and in the community.
• Valid state driver1s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting minimum coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education on Humana Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings in the local community.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, in-home visits, and face-to-face interactions.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals; expand Humana presence in the market.
