Humana seeks accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based role. You will live in your designated territory and support local communities by educating individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.

You’ll collaborate with a small team under a Senior Manager and Regional Director to drive growth and service excellence. As part of the MarketPoint Career Channel, you will build trust through face-to-face connections, attend community events, and conduct

Competenze

• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events, and at local venues.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

• Deliver Medicare Advantage and additional offerings through in-person education.
