Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint Career Channel Team. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve your local community.

You will work with a team led by a Senior Manager and Regional Director, focusing on delivering Humana’s strategy through exceptional service and expanded reach. Your duties include educating individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional benefits, creating personal connections through

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events and in community settings.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Experience using iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with enrollment tools and CRMs like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver information on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings in person.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing, community events and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals while expanding Humana's presence in the market.
• Utilize technology to support consultations, enrollments, documentation and CRM updates.
