Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint Career Channel. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve the local community and collaborate with a team of 8–12 agents under a Senior Manager and Regional Director.

You will educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, build trust in person, and drive self-generated sales while leveraging iPads and digital platforms to support enrollments and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Medicare knowledge or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily in-person interactions in members' homes, events, or community settings.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance meeting local requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad and multiple digital platforms for enrollments and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and ancillary offerings.
• Differentiate: build meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and local events.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
• Leverage Technology: use company-issued iPads and CRM to support member consultations, enrollments and documentation.
