Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents for the MarketPoint Career Channel Team. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and reports to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales.

You will join a collaborative group of 8–12 agents to promote Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings in your local community. Responsibilities include building trust through face-to-face visits, community events, and in-home outreach; driving self-generated sales; and using

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events and in community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements (25/25/10 or higher).
• Proficient with iPads, mobile apps and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable using multiple technology platforms, including enrollment tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings through face-to-face interactions.
• Differentiate Humana with personalized, community-based outreach and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals in the local market.
• Leverage company tech to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, and CRM updates.
