Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Medicare Field Sales Agent to join the MarketPoint team in the designated territory. The role is field-based and requires living locally to serve the community, educating members on Medicare Advantage and related Humana offerings.

Expect face-to-face engagements through home visits, community events, and grassroots efforts to differentiate Humana. You’ll grow by meeting targets, using iPads and multiple digital tools; some travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred or able to obtain.
• Reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Experience using iPad, enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual tools.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Build trust through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Use iPads and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates.
