Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to operate in a field-based role across designated territories in the United States. You will build trust, educate individuals on Medicare Advantage and related offerings, and create meaningful connections through in-person events and home visits.

You’ll use company iPads and multiple digital tools to support member consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates while delivering exceptional service. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, events, or community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Skilled at using iPads, mobile apps, and web-based CRM/enrollment tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education to members and prospects.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow sales by meeting performance goals and expanding Humana’s market presence.
• Leverage technology to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
