Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint team. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve the local community and collaborate with a team guided by a Senior Manager and Regional Director.

You will build trust, educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings, and drive self-generated sales through community events, in-home visits, and thoughtful service.

Formación

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events, and in community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and car insurance meeting required limits.
• Able to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Capable of navigating multiple technology platforms for enrollment tools, CRM, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and enrollments in the field.
• Create personal connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence.
• Support member consultations, documentation, and CRM updates using company tech.
