Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based role within their designated local territory. The position involves educating members about Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage, and delivering personalized care through in-home visits and community events.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Build trust and create face-to-face connections through community events and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence.
• Utilize company-issued tablets and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
