Humana, Inc. is seeking certified Medicare Field Sales Professionals for a remote field-based role across the designated territory.

You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, build trusted relationships in the community, and drive self-generated sales while meeting performance goals. You will use iPads and digital tools to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates, with travel as needed to events and member homes.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed foundation hiring class.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
