Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to operate in a remote-capable, field-based role within your local territory. You will build relationships, educate prospects on Medicare Advantage and related offerings, and drive growth through personalized community engagement.

Travel to events and member visits is required; you will use company iPads and multiple digital platforms, with training provided to equip you with the tools for success.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Comfortable using iPad and multiple digital platforms in a customer-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings to individuals via in-person interactions.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence through relationship-building.
• Leverage technology: iPads, enrollment tools, CRM, and virtual communications during consultations.
