Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based, remote-capable role serving a designated local territory. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building trust through grassroots events and in-home visits.

You will drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and leverage company-provided technology to support enrollments and CRM updates, in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, events, and communities.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Experience using iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms (enrollment tools, CRM, email, virtual tools).
• Preferred: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License; Salesforce experience; associate/bachelor’s degree; bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Differentiate: build in-person connections via community events and home visits.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence.
• Leverage Technology: use iPads and digital platforms to support consultations and CRM updates.
