Humana is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to operate in a remote, territory-based role across designated local communities. You will work with a close-knit MarketPoint Sales team under a Senior Manager and Regional Director to drive engagement and sales.

This field-based position requires live within the territory, occasional travel, and a strong focus on face-to-face interactions, community events, and in-home visits to educate members on Humana’s plans and benefits.

Formación

• Proven ability to build trust with individuals in person.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to educate members on Medicare Advantage and additional offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Medicare Advantage and supplemental plan education to members.
• Engage communities through events and in-home visits for personalized service.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance targets while expanding Humana's market presence.
