Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents who will work in a remote, territory-based role to educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings. You will build trusted relationships through in-home visits and community events, driving self-generated sales while meeting performance targets.

You will utilize company iPads and multiple digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates, while ensuring top-tier member experiences and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and community events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting minimum coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in customer-facing settings.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms and enrollment/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Create meaningful connections through community events and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage technology to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, and CRM updates.
