Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agent to educate members and prospects on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and traveling to community events and in-home visits. You will build trust, drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and leverage iPads and CRM tools to support enrollments and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills for in-person engagements.
• Ability to educate and consult members about Medicare plans in community settings.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and multiple digital platforms.
