Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents in a field-based role. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building local connections through community events and in-home visits.

You will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales and operate from your designated territory. You'll use company-issued iPads and multiple CRM tools to support member consultations, enrollments, and follow-up activities, with a

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Experience using enrollment tools and CRM systems.
