Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Professionals. This field-based role requires you to live in the designated territory and serve the local community by educating members about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.

You will work with a team, visit homes and events, and use Humana-provided technology to support enrollments and CRM updates. Training, base pay with commission, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings to individuals.
• Create meaningful connections through grass-roots marketing and community events.
• Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence.
• Utilize iPads and multiple digital platforms for consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates.
