Job summary

Humana in the United States seeks Medicare Field Sales Agents to serve local communities within a designated territory. This field-based role requires building relationships through in-home visits, community events, and face-to-face engagements while meeting sales targets.

You'll work under guidance from a Senior Manager and Regional Director, using iPads and digital tools to educate members on Medicare Advantage and additional offerings. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Residency in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes and at events.
• Valid state driver's license and adequate vehicle liability coverage.
• Experience with enrollment tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and coverages through in-person visits.
• Build trust via grassroots marketing and community events.
• Meet performance goals by growing self-generated sales in the market.
• Use company iPads and digital platforms to support enrollments and admin.
