Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to educate members about Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and involves in-home visits, grassroots marketing, and building trusted relationships with the community. You will use company platforms and iPads for member consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-ups while achieving personal and team

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Education on Humana Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to provide a personalized experience.
• Grow sales by meeting performance goals and expanding Humana's presence in the market.
