Job summary

Humana in the United States is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role, serving the local community within a designated territory. The team works under a Senior Manager and Regional Director to deliver Humana's strategy through personalized service.

Responsibilities include educating individuals on Medicare Advantage, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage, and driving self-generated sales while meeting performance goals in person and via CRM-enabled

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Ability to engage in face-to-face interactions at events, homes, and community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Experience using enrollment tools, CRM systems, and multiple apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage and additional offerings to educate individuals.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana’s market presence.
• Utilize iPads and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates.
