Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role in your designated territory. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales and collaborate with a team to expand Humana’s reach while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires residence in the local territory, licenses (or progression in licensing), and the ability to conduct face-to-face interactions, including in-home visits and community events.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Ability to conduct daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Differentiate: build personal connections via grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales and expand Humana’s market presence.
• Leverage Technology: use iPads and digital tools to support consultations, enrollments, CRM updates and follow-up.
