Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join the MarketPoint Sales team. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve the local community, reporting to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales.

You will work within a team of 8–12 agents under leadership committed to your success and Humana’s strategy to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include educating individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life,

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events and local venues
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile apps and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment
• Able to navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously including enrollment tools and CRM
