Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join a field-based team serving a designated local territory. You will report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and collaborate with a Regional Director to grow Humana's presence through personalized, in-home engagements and community outreach.

Responsibilities include educating individuals on Medicare Advantage and related offerings, building trust via face-to-face connections, and driving self-generated sales while meeting

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community events and engaging with the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings to members.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing, events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the local market.
• Use iPad and multiple digital tools to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
