Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based capacity across designated local territories in the United States.

You’ll educate members on Medicare Advantage, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building meaningful, face-to-face connections through community events and in-home visits. You will drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in your community.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes and events.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Proficient with iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Preferred Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience selling Medicare products.
• Public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual in English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings through in-person visits.
• Build trust via grassroots marketing and community events.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Use technology for consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
