Humana seeks accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in designated local territories. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage, and build trusted relationships through in-home visits and events.

You will drive sales, meet goals, and represent Humana in the community. Responsibilities include face-to-face outreach, leveraging technology to support enrollments, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Must reside in the designated local territory
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, at events, and in the community
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits
• Experience using iPad, mobile apps and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms (enrollment tools, CRM, email, virtual tools)

• Deliver Medicare Advantage information and offerings to members and prospects in person.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals while expanding Humana's market presence.
