Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to operate in assigned local territories. This field-based role requires living in the territory, building trust, and educating individuals about Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

You will work with a team under a Senior Manager and Regional Director, delivering personalized service, meeting performance goals, and expanding Humana's presence through in-community interactions.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, at events, or local activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and inform about Humana plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate via grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to create connections.
