Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role serving designated territories in the United States.

You will educate members about Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building trust through face-to-face community engagements. You will drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms, including enrollment tools and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings to educate individuals.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Leverage technology using iPads and multiple digital platforms for member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates and follow-up.
