Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents for a remote role focused on community-based outreach and in-home visits across the designated territory.

You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings, build relationships at events, and drive self-generated sales while meeting performance targets. Success requires comfort with technology, travel within the territory, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events and local activities.

Mansioni

• Educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Build trust through face-to-face connections via grassroots marketing, events and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals while expanding Humana's market presence.
• Use company-issued iPads and digital platforms for enrollments, CRM updates and follow-up.
