Qualifikationen

• Recent experience in acute care or similar clinical setting.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred or to obtain after hire.
• Able to report changes to nurse promptly and accurately.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic patient care including hygiene, feeding and mobility assistance.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Sanitize and clean patient rooms and maintain environment.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the EHR.
• Assist with hand-off reports and communicate needs to the team.
• Support patients’ independence and comfort during care.
