Qualifications

• Associate degree in STEM required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years field service/technical support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, networking, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components with case ownership.
• Assist DoD/DHA facilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
