Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the Pyxis automated dispensing systems across the Miami area. The role involves remote and on-site technical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for BD MMS clients, including government facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
Respond to, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve service work orders.
Diagnose and repair hardware/software components with case ownership.

Maintain inventory and proper documentation of service activities.
