Job summary

The BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer I provides remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DoD and DHA facilities. This role handles troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of proprietary hardware and software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

Requirements include 1–3 years of hardware/software/IT support experience, ability to travel, and eligibility for access to federal facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years Field Service/Technical Support experience.
• Eligibility to access Federal Government facilities including DoD/ DHA.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
