Job summary

BD seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver remote and on-site technical support for Pyxis automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DHA and DoD facilities. Expect travel within the territory, installation, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will build customer relationships, document service activities, and collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to support deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to and resolve work orders within SLA.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components with full case ownership.
• Troubleshoot complex issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and assets.
