BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the Pyxis automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DoD/DHA facilities. This role requires remote and on‑site service with travel within the territory and flexibility for overnight stays.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hardware, software, and IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in STEM required.
• 1–3 years hardware, software, and IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, networking, and diagnostic instruments.
• Willing to travel and accommodate 24×7 on‑call service.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, prioritize, and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components with case ownership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams for deployments.
